Do your cartridges have a guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all toners and cartridges if you are unhappy with your purchase. Only replacement of the item or store credit will be offered if items are returned after 30 days of purchase.
Do your cartridges last as long as the original?
Yes. All page yields are based on 5% coverage on the page, the same as original.
Should you print at 10% coverage of the page, the yield would of course be halved.
Can I collect my order from you?
Yes, you may collect from our offices in Roodepoort.
The Order should be made via a Sales-person (Not Online – Call: 010 013 1736).
A courier fee applies for the product to be transported from our warehouse to the office, (For the same amount of money we can deliver the item to your door). Direct Collection from our warehouse is not possible.
Please confirm your order is ready for collection before attempting to collect. We will call you when your order is ready.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All local orders placed before 1 PM during the week will be delivered the next business day for all local areas Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Providing the courier company offers services to your area.
For national deliveries it could take 2-4 days depending on where you are.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. We use a courier company and delays are possible.

Are you a Walk-In Store?
No. We are an online store only. You may however order and collect from our offices in Florida, Gauteng.
Can I mix Core, Business and Priority in the same order?
Yes. Tiers are selected per cartridge, so you can mix tiers in one checkout.
What is an Express Replacement token?
A token covers one Express Replacement claim for one cartridge (one unit). After basic checks + photo proof, we dispatch the replacement quickly and subsidise the delivery upgrade up to R150 (any excess is billed at cost).
How many tokens do I get when I buy Priority?
Tokens are based on your total Priority cartridges purchased in the last 12 months (per customer account), not per order.
Earning rule: you earn +1 token for every 3 Priority cartridges purchased (rolling 12 months).
Token levels (rolling 12 months):
- 1–2 Priority cartridges: 1 token
- 3–5 Priority cartridges: 2 tokens
- 6–8 Priority cartridges: 3 tokens
- 9–11 Priority cartridges: 4 tokens
…and so on (+1 token per additional 3 cartridges).
If I buy Priority cartridges in separate orders, do I earn more tokens?
No. Tokens are calculated from your rolling 12-month total Priority cartridges per account, regardless of whether you buy them in one order or many.
What happens when I’ve used all my tokens?
You still have the 180-day Extended Limited Warranty on Priority items. Replacements are still handled, but without Express courier subsidy. You can also choose to pay for a delivery upgrade.
Does Priority include faster delivery on my original order?
Priority is mainly for faster replacements if there’s a fault. For faster delivery on the original order, you can add Priority Delivery (+R75 per order) at checkout (Priority Zones only). This add-on is not Express Replacement.
Where is Priority available?
Priority is available in Priority Zones only:
- Priority Zone 1: Same-day eligible (where available)
- Priority Zone 2: Next-business-day/overnight eligible
Your zone is confirmed automatically at checkout based on your delivery address/postcode.
What do I need to submit a claim?
Basic troubleshooting plus photos (and sometimes a short video) showing the cartridge and the fault symptoms, so we can confirm it’s our product and approve faster.
What does the 180-day warranty cover?
Product defects/failure under normal use (supplier-backed). It excludes printer faults/firmware blocks, incorrect installation, misuse, and damage not caused by the cartridge.
